Elysee Edgewater
Crown Architecture on Edgewaters Bay
Elysee Edgewater - Completion Summer 2020
Miami’s Elysee tower has topped off, the developers announced in a press release.
The glass tower is now at it’s tallest height of 57 stories and 649 feet, making it the tallest in Edgewater. It is also now the tenth or eleventh tallest building in the city of Miami.
Arquitectonica designed the tower with a telescoping shape that appears to be wider towards the top, which can be seen in photos of the newly topped off the building.
Over the summer, a penthouse unit at Elysee sold for $12.8 million – a record price for Edgewater. The space was sold unfinished and includes three stories and 11,600 square feet.
Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica is the architect, with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot. Two Roads Development is the developer, while John Moriarty & Associates of Florida is the building’s general contractor.
