"The developer of the 66-story Aston Martin Residences is requesting FAA approval to build the tower.

According to the FAA application, the tower would rise 816 feet above ground. The project site at the mouth of the Miami River sits four feet above sea level, making the total height 820 feet.

Panorama Tower recently became Miami’s tallest at 85 stories – 868 feet above ground, and 876 feet above sea level."


While many are claiming that this construction cycle is reaching it end here and Downtown Miami, there are still plenty of pre-construction products that have been applying with the city to get built in the next coming years. While most of these developments are luxury condo buildings with some rental communities planned here and there, the market continues its rapid pace of construction. 

Aston Marton Residences is one of our favorite projects in all of South Florida and we can't wait to see it go under construction and top off.
